Do you want RESULTS in your life?

Are you living the life you have always dreamed of? If you think back 3, 5 or 10 years… are you now living the life you imagined? If so, congratulations and I will ask you a powerful questions: What’s Next? If you are not living the life you always dreamed of: Why Not? What’s Stopping You?

Take a moment, turn off the T.V., take a couple of deep breaths and pause. Connect with this very moment you are living. What are you sensing? Smells, faint sounds, feelings… what do you notice.

Close your eyes, take 10 long deep breaths, and then come back to this article.

Great! Welcome back to yourself. Many times we get so busy, so wrapped up in what’s going on around us, focused on yesterday or tomorrow, instead of noticing what is actually going on in our bodies and our lives in this moment.

Life is perfect in this moment. Nothing can ever be wrong in the present moment. In fact judging, using the term right or wrong only places judgment and stress into our lives.

You might be asking, sure I’m not living the life I have always wanted, but what can I do about it? The first and most critical steps to living and achieving is defining your VISION.

Why are you here? What do you stand for? What is important to you? In your last breath what will you look back upon with pride?

In order to answer any of the aforementioned questions you must have a Vision. This is the first in a series of articles designed to lay out the step by step process to creating the life you have always wanted.

Are you ready for the journey? GREAT, let’s get started. Take the questions asked above and anything else that comes to mind and write. Pen to paper; write what you think of as you go over those questions. No right or wrong, do not judge the process, just spend 20 minutes in quite and write what ever comes to mind.

My next installment will be on how to craft a Vision, what it means, why it is important, and how to use it as a powerful tool in creating the world you have always dreamed of. Don’t you deserve it? Of course you do! So get to writing, send me and email (beqivana@gmail.com) if you have any questions. Good luck and enjoy the journey!

Thanks for reading.
Gabe
